When you make a payment on our website:

• Your card number, CVV, and expiration date are entered directly into Stripe's secure form and transmitted directly to Stripe's servers
• We never see, receive, or store your raw card data on our servers
• We receive only a secure token and the last four digits of your card for our records
• All transactions are encrypted using TLS 1.3

Stripe's own privacy policy governs their use of your payment data. We encourage you to review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We store transaction records (amounts, dates, membership tier purchased) for accounting and membership verification purposes.

Data Retention

• Active Members: Data retained for the duration of membership plus 2 years
• Declined Applications: Application data deleted within 90 days of decision
• Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for 24+ months may be purged with 30 days' notice

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Your Rights below). Some data may be retained longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.
