Non-Disclosure Agreement.

1. Confidentiality Obligation. You agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the identities of all members, guests, and staff encountered at Pulse Lounge Memphis, as well as all activities, conversations, and events witnessed on the premises during any visit or event.

2. Non-Disclosure of Membership. You shall not disclose, directly or indirectly, the names, appearances, occupations, or any identifying information of other members or guests to any third party, including friends, family, or on any social media or digital platform.

3. No Recording. You expressly agree not to photograph, film, record audio, or capture any likeness of other members, guests, or staff in any form. All personal devices must remain stored during events unless expressly permitted by venue management.

4. Venue Privacy. You acknowledge that the location, layout, entry procedures, and internal details of Pulse Lounge Memphis are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to publish, broadcast, or share this information in any form.

5. Digital Conduct. You shall not post, tag, mention, or otherwise reference Pulse Lounge Memphis or any of its members in any online forum, social media platform, review site, or digital publication without express written consent from management.

6. Duration. This agreement is binding indefinitely, including after membership termination, regardless of the reason for termination.

7. Breach and Consequences. Any violation of this agreement constitutes grounds for immediate and permanent membership revocation without refund, civil liability for damages, and potential legal action under applicable Tennessee and federal law.

8. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.

9. Acknowledgment. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
